You’re guaranteed the lowest price from Piano Héritage, Inc. when ordering musical instruments (accessories not included) on our website.  When you are buying a product, we will match the lowest price advertised. If you find the identical item in stock and advertised by any other authorized dealer at a price lower than what you paid, we will fully protect you.

Item must be advertised in a local or national paper, internet, magazine or catalogue by an authorized Canadian dealer and be in stock. Discontinued merchandise, gray market merchandise, merchandise on which any identification codes or numbers have been removed or defaced, demo and exclusive models, floor samples, factory seconds, open box items, limited quantity items, closeouts, bundles, misprints, auctions and auction sites, rebates or deferred savings, rebates from manufacturers, outlet center items, free or promotional items, vintage and used merchandise, financing and taxes are all exempt. We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matched items. Photocopies of ads or receipts will not be accepted as verification.

2. *Free Delivery

An order valued over $200.00 and weighing less than 30kg is eligible for free delivery to most metropolitan areas.  You will see shipping options in the checkout page.

You are most welcome to contact us to inquire if your proposed order qualifies for free delivery and to receive a Free Delivery coupon code for checkout.

For heavier items travelling over longer distance, we will be happy to provide a firm competitive shipping rate and the estimated delivery date.

3. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. (We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada only.) Any shipments outside of Canada are not available at this time.

4. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed (usually 2 – 6 day delivery time). Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional charges for these types of situations by phone or email before the item is shipped.

Sales tax is charged according to the Québec tax rate. Currently a total of 14.975%.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
